a <<<<check location Pokemon ruby was my first Pokemon game so I'm really excited for this. http://om/us/pokemon-video-games/pokemon-omega-ruby-and-pokemon-alpha-sapphire/ http://www.cinemablend.com/games/Po...ng-3DS-Check-Out-First-Trailer-Now-63908.html http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/05/07/pokemon-ruby-and-sapphire-3ds-remakes-announced
Of the pokémon games I've played, ruby/sapphire/emerald were certainly my favourites. I'm kinda excited for these myself although I don't own a 3DS to actually get the rereleases. No doubt there will be a pokémon + 3DS (or 2DS) bundle when they come out, *maybe* I'll get it. Until then: I love my PSP. Still use it to this day Gameboy Advance Emulation is pretty good on the PSP considering its low performance and the usual overheads involved in emulation (and I do own the actual cartridge to this game somewhere, if I find it I can even post a pic side by side with the emulated copy if you really want). It can have the resolution scaled to the PSP screen size but I didn't like it because the PSP screen res isnt a clean multiple of the GBA res and it distorts a bit, its kinda noticeable and I prefered having the smaller game + black borders over the distortion. Has no problems emulating any ROM I have tried at native speed (which isn't many), does support a turbo mode, in turbo I think it just goes as quickly as the console can physically manage, which isn't hugely faster Seriously, walking on Pokémon in turbo mode gets you from point A to point B in about the same time as using the running shoes outside of turbo mode. But still, whip PSP out of pocket for a bit of Doom, Quake, Cave Story or some retro console action, sure I can do all that on my android handset but hardware buttons man
I have the cartridge and a emulator on my phone, I'm running a special rom made for debugging leaked to the public
I do have a gameboy advance SP in perfect working order, battery still holds a charge and all yet that thing got used a ton? No idea how the battery condition hasnt degraded, either that or it has and when was brand new must have had a monumental battery life because it lasts ages right now Also have a white DS Lite with a USB charge cable I made.
BOOM Here is a decent website if your interested. A whole bunch of Gameboy games on this website http://www.playr.org/games/
Lavaridge town and Fortree city are my favorite towns in the game so I'm wondering what they are going to do with the hot springs. Fun Fact. Pokemon Ruby is the only Pokemon game with a testing version leaked to the public.
YEAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!! *dances* Been waiting on this! Sapphire was my first pokemon too so I can't wait. It'll be good to get back to hoen. I'll have to buy it myself though as my mom dislikes pokemon for "evolution and mystical-ness." I need a 2d/3ds too. :/ No money=emulation? It'll be a while then. Dang it.
The only Pokemon I've really played much was fire red. I just have an emulator on my phone to play it.
Littleroot town song a trip trough childhood lane. - - - Updated - - - I played these games and I loved to edit those to with rom hacking.
there was a 3ds emulator doing the rounds but it is known malicious. The 3ds unlike its predecessors does also have a reliance on the BIOS now, the BIOS supposedly has various anti tamper mechanisms in place and emulating it instead (the GameCube and Wii emulator includes emulation of the BIOS) takes a huge reverse engineering effort. It isn't impossible, but it isn't looking hopeful for the near future.
i used to have a perfectly working game-boy advanced SP, my evil 1 (at the time of it being broken) year old baby brother had broken the screen off i still have my super Mario cartridge though, lol (i plan on eventually just getting an old DS to play some ds games and my gameboy games) (because, well, if you have a Nintendo device, you have a Mario game of some type, because if you don't then your a horrible horrible person)
Pokemon Blue and red were my first pokemon games, then I got pokemon snap and pokemon stadium for the 64, shame i dont have a 3ds to get these games, as most of my playtime went to pokemon emerald.
