   when i spawn in the police version of the sunburst, it just has a white paintjob and the inside of the windows has a no material/no texture error. i tried this while taking all the mods out but it still has the same issue

   You have some old files interfering. Delete the 'vehicles' folder located in 'Documents/BeamNG.Drive/'
   
   If it doesn't help, delete the whole 'BeamNG.Drive' folder in 'Documents'.
