I'm new here, so hi! I'm Dodge. Ok, now to the story: A few weeks ago, my and my buddy were travelling north on the QE II highway (it is a hgighway in Alberta), when we got pulled over, my buddies truck, in which I was driving because he went to have a nap, had expired plates, about 18 days expired, you're allowed up to I think 14 days, IDK. Might be a month, but this officer pulled us over, and sat behind us for a good 7 minutes before getting out, and walking up to the passenger side, because he's gfotta proitect himself (I respect police officers) so anyway, he let me know that the plates were expired, and at this time, my buddy woke up, and sat his seat forward, I guess scaring the officer, but he pulled out his stun gun, and I thought someone was gonna get shot, I thought he had known my buddy was there, but I guess not, but I froze up, and basically had a panic attack. IDK why, but from what my buddy said, I had passed out. Usually happens, but the officer was chill, and even had me checked out too. I was fine, my buddy was fine, the officer just puilled us over to let us know the registration was outdated, and that we need to get it updated, which my buddy did the next day. This officer was chill to the extreme, and was really kind. One up, Respect police officers, they're there doing their jobs
Well it sounds like the officer was waiting for the radio chatter to calm down to report your buddy's truck and details to dispatch. Also Impressive he took out his taser instead of his pistol either a rookie or a very chill officer.
