how can i take this and RE-make it?

the original creator was... idk anymore i found it on some random website its been left for dead after that

 

The original creator was Drowsysam. It was his first vehicle mod, and he used a model from somewhere and a modified Bolide jbeam to make it. He released it on the forums long ago, but he eventually took it down because he believed it wasn't up to the quality standards that he wanted to meet with his mods. I personally believe it was a great first mod, but I think he would rather not bring it back, and we should respect that. Let's just leave that mod alone for now.

I already said that he probably wants us to leave that mod alone. Feel free to fix it up yourself, but I doubt you'll get anywhere with no experience with jbeam.

 

i need help and the tutorial on the wiki doesent tell me about the suspension and some other stuff i just need some link or something

Dont utter that name here. Those guys are pirates. We upload a mod here with a message expressly stating they cant use it, they use it anyway and in some cases rip it off as their own.
