i recommend learning some blender techniques and watching some tutorials as there are numerous issues with what i'm looking at here. even if you outsource a model - you will still need to modify it to work with the game, so decent blender knowledge is necessary.
A Meshslap beamng mod maker here, mostly what you need for models is, if its too high poly, decimate or unsubdivide, and you will need to seperate bumpers, fenders etc.
nonono that destroys the polyflow of a model, a highpoly model is generally only used as a 3d reference, you should always scratch make or use an already existing lowpoly
