Recently, I began to notice that the post-crash braking does not disengage cruise control. Therefore, if you were to glance off a pole with cruise control engaged, the car briefly applies the brakes and blinkers, but is fooled by the cruise control's increased throttle, thus disabling the braking. Has this been looked into?
