Post process FX look fuzzy

    Hi :)
    so I have had this for some time and I thought it may be some game version issue.
    have this fuzziness of grass and bushes it's like the Ambient Occlusion it is too dark and blurry

    I reinstall the game, deleted all my mods, and even run it in safe mode but it still shows like this.
    (video) it seems that the Post process quality doesn't change a thing and also reset postfx setting doesn't fix it.
    I also try to edit the "postfxSettings.postfx" file in the AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.27\settings
    but when I exit the game it returns to the same settings.

    Someone knows how can I fix it?
    Is there any way to change the postfx Settings?
