All, and I mean ALL configs in the game from what I see do not automatically have power steering equipped. Why? I understand old cars for example the bruckell nine and such but not modern cars. Yes, you can just go into the menu and add it. But I feel you should not really have to do that. Not only that, it makes driving police cars a pain. As if you make any changes to a police vehicle, it voids it and police consider you as a civilian. I'm sure that's a bug because I don't remember that being a thing but I been experiencing that recently. Power steering honestly DOES make a HUGE difference.
There should be some other way of setting your car as a police unit, as many cars lack a front plate (which I always like to add), and that would also void the config setup.
