This is just some waypoints (paths) I started making. To get ready to install the path(s) you downloaded, first do the following: 1) First, make sure you installed the Waypoints mod, by Incognito. 2) If you used the Lua mod installer, also by Incognito, there should be a folder in where the game is installed named Waypoints. Make sure you have that ready, as you need it to install the paths I'll soon be creating. Paths I will update this post at least once a week so expect a few more paths in a couple weeks time. Level Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Click here to download the path for this level Level Akron Motor Speedway Click here to download the path for this level Level Industrial Racetrack Click here to download the path for this level Installation 1) Open the folder named Waypoints. It is inside where you installed the game. 2) Drop the path(s) into that folder. That's it. IMPORTANT Certain cars are more likely to lose control than certain other cars. I can not fix this. I do not guarantee that cars will not lose control when using these path(s). Car(s) using these path(s) may lose control at any time. Suggestions If you want me to create a path for a specific level, you have 2 options: Option 1: You can post the suggestion on this thread. Option 2: You can email me at tran_derrick@ymail.com the link to the level's thread. (Make sure the subject line reads: Suggestion.) I DO NOT recommend option 2 because there is a good chance your email could end up inside my spam folder.
IMPORTANT Due to the decreased amount of time I have to work on this, this won't be updated in 1 week (at best). Thanks everyone for responding to the poll. When I have time, there will be LOTS of new 'pre-made waypoints/paths.'
Bad News Right now I'm working on another project and thus don't have time for this one right now. If anyone wants a path for a specific terrain/level they can still request it (see 1st post), but otherwise this thread will seldom be updated. It will remain that way until I have some time for this one.
On hold... for a while I have even less time these few weeks to work on this, and along with that, I don't know if Incognito's mod still works yet after the Pre-race update. At the moment, I'm testing to see if all of the cars I have still work.
