So i am pretty sure people already posted threads like this here, i tried searching for those but couldn't find any, so i am just asking here. Basically everytime i delete the forest assets on a map and save the map, everytime i load the map back up all the forest assets are back to where they used to be. I once just simply deleted the forest itself but that didn't work for actually obvious reasons but when i delete the assets one by one, they keep coming back. I am pretty sure it has to with Materials.cs or similar right? Can anyone help me making the deleted forest assets stay deleted?
I meant, are you deleting the 'Forest' entity from the 'Object Editor'. Or are you deleting the trees from the 'Forest Editor'?
Oh, I missed that. That's strange. Are any other edits you are making actually saving? Where is your map files located? (exact path)
I had similar, when deleting forest it was gone, when added new forest in all of JRI forest came back. It was to do with how I did copy some lines from JRI forest to my map files, but I haven't taken time to actually fix the issue yet. However it might be that if OP has added forest items from some other map, it could be one file too many where those are added, which brings then forest back, but that I too need to examine bit more. Also deleting all trees and saving did not save for me, it just kept coming back.
