Hello there, this is the thread for the "joint project" I was talking about on my Bruckell Contender thread. The modern day Gavril D-Series.

This time around I can't think of any lore descriptions so I'm just gonna give you all some pictures of this thing.

I will most likely throw this thing ingame sometime tomorrow or maybe tonight depending on when I finish modeling the front suspension

 

Looks good. Just looks a bit too much like a Ford considering the official D-Series is more of a generic American truck with hints from most American manufacturers thrown in. Can't wait to watch this progress!

Wow, this is going to be great! The game is in need of a modern pickup truck!

 

currently getting the truck to where the Contender is in terms of functionality, gotta finish modeling the front suspension, needa jbeam both the front and rear suspensions and finish up with gettin the jbeam to fit the cab (I am using the d-series crew cab as a base, so the frontal chassis won't be jbeamed for a while)

It looks like you modeled it off the Raptor. Do you plan on having the normal variants as well? A lightning would be super cool.

 

Yes I do plan to make normal variants, I'm still deciding on whether or not I want to make a lightning based config because I just dont like that thing very much, mostly cause of the design on the front and just the fact that its an EV

So this is where I'm at in terms of rear suspension, and I am extremely pissed off that this panhard bar isn't working so I am going to just sleep on it and try to figure it out tomorrow so I don't wound up throwing this shit across the room
