I think it's like if you've had the game since early development when there were the odd 15 updates a month (haha) or since alpha? I may be incredibly mistaken...

You must have your Steam Account linked to the Forum Account.
If you did, then drop a message to the support: https://support.beamng.com/

I think I already did that. How can I know for sure? I bought the game from steam.

Edit: I found on my accounts that it's linked with my steam account. I'll hit up support.
