Problem adding mods (cars)

So, i have a annoying problem with mods.
I put all of the downloaded ZIP files in the Mods folder.
A couple of cars and a map, and the only thing that works is the map. When i start a map and going to pick a new car they won't show up as a alternative, only the "stock" cars are there.
When i enter the "mods" section in-game, all of the cars i added are marked "active", but i can not see any one of them in the cars section.

I've tried re-installing the game multiple times, but i keep getting the same problem.

How do i fix this?

 

I am also having this same problem! I don't understand... I am following the instillation perfectly but the vehicles will not show in the vehicles menu. The mods for the vehicles do show up in the installed mod list. These are not old mod either. Thanks for anyone that can help!

P.S. Vehicle confg mods are working for me though. Only for the original cars though.

 

Check to see if you are properly placing the files. Go to "This PC/documents/beamng.drive/mods". You don't need to go all the way to the steamapps/common/beamng etc. If you really want to save time, press the install button on the beamng mods page when you've found a mod you want. Also check to see if the mods are .zip. I hope this was helpful!
