Problems with Map Editor

Hello, Ive been having some issues with the item moving in world editor, the Z and X axis work fine, but for some reason whenever i touch the Y axis thingy, the car/ item teleports down wards and wont go up, ive tried restarting the game, deleting and reinstaling and it won't go away, i don't know if its a bug, or if they're a glitch or something idk, what can i do?

Check if "Terrain snapping" is active. this snaps the object you are editing to the ground
