    Project Irohazaka

    I have decided to make this one big project,when done,this mountain pass based on real world location,will be at your disposal.progress has been slow but steady,the entire road rescaled.

    Warning:
    This track is a Dae object.
    The sole purpose of this track is for time attack and drift only, it is not your typical BeamNG map.


    Irohazaka1 Downhill add on Progress update 4 and Beta release


    Ihrohazaka2 Ver. 4

    BeamNG drive Irohazaka Downhill Beta Update Test Run


    Changes and Fixes:


    1 - Added Iroa Slopes Downhill Beta WIP

    2 - Place holder vegetation

    3 - Fixed elevations

    4 - Added bridges and small tunnel at bottom of hill (wip)

    5 - Added walls and guardrails

    6-
    Added more textures

    7- More I can not remember

    Thank you to everyone that helped me figure some bumps out. ;)


    Ouerbacker has agreed to let me use his autumn textures. ;)


    Autudusun from thextremeracers for some of his iroa old project road textures.

    Beta Release:

    Known problems

    1- Spawn point is backgwards, just turn around and start going down the hill and area fps drop will go away when you move foward.

    2- Small fps issues in some areas still trying to figure out what the problem is. (Ideas and suggestions to this problem are welcome and apritiated.

    3- Green fence on bridge and on mid course PA area have the same bugs as the yellow ones,however for now it will stay like this,i have a fix for them.

    4- Some areas are still wip

    5- Some textures missing

    6- wall textures are place holders

    7- vegetation is just for the most part just place holder.

    installation
    :
    1- Delete old Ver.
    2- extract zip file into, Documents\BeamNG.drive\levels folder
    3- extract contents there.
    4- play

    Please do not upload my map anywhere without my permission,if anything post the link to this thread.

    Mod edit 08/02/2018 - The ZIP named 'repacked' contains the same levels, but packed correctly to work as any other mod (simply put the ZIP in Documents/BeamNG.drive/mods)

    I really like it :D Talking about the car sounds in the video and the map.

    Just out of interest, what are those yellow stripes on the road for? Do they mark sharp corners or something?

    Wondered that too. I always see them on Japanese roads like this.

    I believe they are caution stripes, letting you know of the upcoming hairpin.

    Man this map is gonna' separate the men from the boys. BTW, credit people if you use their assets, It's a BeamNG

    Thank you my friend, so far I have not use anything but T3D since the import, however in the 2nd video, I have started using Green valley's trees since is the only autumn like versions of the tree oaks from BeamNG I have found, I have sent a request to use the textures for the trees on my map from the user that created them for the BeamNG ones, so hopefully I get a go and can keep the trees I already added there and continue this project. ;)

    You are welcome and I didn't mean to come across like an ass. 99.9% of folks have no problem if others use their work
    as long as it's credited(from what I've experienced anyway).:cool:

    Looking forward to watching this map grow!:D

    Hey no problem, I know you didn't mean it like a ass lol, also I got permission from the author that made the autumn tree textures so we are now golden. ;)

    I coasted down about halfway in the forklift. That was taking absolutely forever to do.

    I... just really want to know where that engine sound came from... that's one of the best I've heard in this game... is it custom, or did you find it somewhere?

    Thats exactly the game that inspired me to make this. I also have plans on making others from the game.takes a long time cause there is no TXRD on pc so caan not take the models, you must build these from scratch.
