    I purchased this game 4 years ago. Well I played it for two weeks then forgot about it until now. This is my original account, is there any way to re-download it without buying again?

    I bought the game on fastspring and sounds like you did too. Currently you have to contact beamng support Link (https://support.beamng.com/).

    Humble bundle is a new thing.

    EDIT: You should have gotten an email from beamng sending you the steam code but that could have been 2-3 years ago. Just use the support page linked above.
