Question About Material for a Sound Mod

    First thing's first, don't kill me because of my ignorance of copyright. Okay now the question.

    I am making a sound mod. I have it all set up and it sounds good. I want to release it!
    Problem: Sound is from Forza Horizon 3. Can I release it if I give credit to Microsoft? I know there is a pack on the forums that uses Need for Speed sound, but I just want to make sure.

    You could probably do this if you stated that the sound was from Forza Horizon 3. I would send Microsoft an email and ask them, as it is not up to us, it is up to Microsoft. They may say yes, and they may say no. I would also look up the terms and conditions for Microsoft copyright, because it could turn into a legal issue believe it or not. Hope this helped!
