Question about steering wheel support and availability.

Hi folks.

I would like to use my G27 steering wheel to play the game, but last time i checked it's a little troublesome to get it working properly. So my question is: Will we, in the near future, get an easier way to map controls to the steering wheels? By that i mean something like going into controls, find the function you want to map, and then simply click on the button or axis you want associated with that function.
Any information on this subject would be greatly appreciated!

Bonus question: Have they fixed the input lag with the steering wheel?

I do not have a lot of time to try this for myself so please excuse me for coming straight here and bombard you with questions

Yes, we are working on an input wizard to make it as painless as possible. Until then, there are some user-made input maps that work well that you can find posted around the forum.

As for input lag, we are always trying to improve it. It's not easy to find where it comes from or how to fix it, but we are definitely aware of it.
