Hi everyone! I hope you guys are doing fine.

So, i'm having some trouble doing races in Beam.NG, since the game does not support this mode entirely.

I have found some ways to do it, but I want to know if you guys know better ways to make races.

The most usually way that I use is just using the

    AI control app

If you have an closed track, you can force the AI to run endlessly on track. But that have some issues.

First of those is, the AI loses some Aggressiveness, it won't try to pass by other cars, sometimes not even get close to them. If you doubt about it, try to make AI goes to the same path with "Random" then with "Manual"

The second one is that AI can lose itself from the original path, going backwards.

That leads me to find another ways to do my races.

    Hotlapping App

It's a good way to do it, but isn't that User friendly. The Savefile always keep resetting, same thing with the AI settings, also, for long courses you will get quite tired, since you have to put checkpoints everywhere.

It's a brilliant tool, I do have so much joy using it. The only thing is that, for some reason, even with the track closed, the AI suddenly stops after the first Lap.

I have tried to not use the End node there, but it's the same thing. even in the Open Test Race Window, The Lap count is bigger than 1, and the AI Keeps stopping after one lap. If you guys can help me with this, I would be really grateful.

The last tool I tried was my personal nemesis

    Flow Graph Editor

I know this is for people who have more expertise with this tool, and I tried a lot to make it work for my purposes. Also thanks GamerGull for making one thread trying to help a guy with this same question.

My problem with Flow is that I don't know how to use it properly, also, the Tutorials are quite hard to be familiar with if you never worked with programming etc...

So, if you guys can help me with one of those, I would be grateful!

Also, if you have an easily way to setup races in circuits, let me know!
