Quick Question about Downloaded Maps and Vehicles

Hey guys,

Been playing Beam for a WHILE now, and went to play again. Had difficulty with it updating, so I'm doing what it says for the pre-race update and uninstalling and downloading the new installer.

However I have A LOT of cars and maps that I don't want to loose/manually download individually (some of which aren't even available anymore). I have "Copied" my vehicle and levels folder and put them elsewhere. AFTER I finish downloading the new launcher and get the new version of Beam working again, can I copy and paste these Vehicle and Levels folders into my Beam directory, over-writing the existing folders, and get my mods back? Or will old mods not work with this update/ I break something by overwriting the new levels and vehicles folders? Do I need to go through and just move the modded vehicles manually?

Well I jumped off the deep end and did it, if anyone else is wondering.

SO far, all mods tested have worked with the new version. I had to move them to beamng/alpha_prerace/vehicles (or levels). I did not bring over the "common" folder, and used the "skip" action when there was an over-write conflict (12 instances). So far, enjoying the new GUI. Mod levels seem to load a little slower, but other than that no issues. Happy crashing everyone! Next fight, to get the wheel config back up and working...
