Quick quetions before I buy

Hello I am willing to get this game but I need to know things:

1. How frequent the updates are? I don't want to wait months for small updates... I hope there are only 1-2 weeks every update.

2. How is the game stability for alpha stage? Tech Demo on i3-3220 3.3GHz, 4GB RAM, Radeon HD7850 2GB, W7 64Bit runs silky smooth, but how different is alpha from demo?

3. Will this game will be abandoned suddenly in far future like Live for Speed was?

4. Will the price increase as developement progresses?

5. Will I need to pay for full or beta again when I buy alpha?

6. Is there ETA on new patch anytime soon? Because I don't know how old the current build is. I would love to hear answers from developers to finnaly hop into this awesome car game. Thanks!

 

1. There have already been 3 patches released since it was released.

2. Alpha and the Tech Demo are essentially the same thing, just with more maps and cars.

3. I doubt it with the community behind it. Look at ROR, it's been around for years and there is still development and a strong community behind it.

4. They've hinted that it might. I'd get it now.

5. Nope, all future updates are completely free if you purchase Alpha.

Could devs fix the mouse camera movement? It's horrendous in tech demo

Also how in Tech demo I could use lights? (not hazard, I mean the car lights)

 

The devs are working on fixing the camera movements: Proposed Camera Changes

"N" toggles the headlights between off, on, and high beams. Turn signals are < and >. Hazards are /.

Thanks for answers I saw on wiki that patches are nearly every day. That is cool and it made my decision. Soon today I will get this game for sure.

I updated my game nearly daily lel.
