Quicker more streamline Mod menu

I've love the ingame mods but it's really slow and obsolete it can't update automatically without the game being launched. The issue I have is deleting mods I use to add ten test them and delete them if I didn't like them and had about 100 but now I have about 650 and it is so slow to delete them I just don't. I went in the files but I don't know what Mod is what so it's difficult and I have few mods that are in a file somewhere else for mods that are fun and outdated that I will one day fix since Im learning to use 3D printing software and other softwares like it so I'm hoping I can teach myself to fix but not enough time to do them now.

The mods are updated only if the game is running, yes. That's normal and to be expected.
It would be quite invasive if it would update the mods even if the game is not running.

Deleting mods can take longer, because the game has to disable and then remove the mod. Depending how big the mod is, it can take more or less. It's nothing more than 2 seconds usually over here.

it's like five for me a the mod menu itself takes about that long to load up
