Radial menu keeps switching

When ever I open up the radial menu and try to click a part of it, it would do the opposite. For example I try to get to AI but it moves to Manage, even though my cursor is on AI. This also happens to other parts like when I try to get to Manage it moves to somewhere else. When I am on Manage it always puts me on Selector, even though I try to get something else. I can't take pictures with the radial menu showing up but if I could I would send a picture of the problem.

 

Yes, I had a wheel controller plugged in. I forgot about it, thanks for the help!
