Clip start at 1:30, first it looks like another car that had no parking brake on, but then it moves on it's own after stopping, what freakish bug could be?
Mostly just without gear engaged and no parking brake, but one starting at 1:30 is quite different, you can see handbrake is on when car moves rear end goes down, certainly has throttle is applied few times and then returned to 0 throttle.
Probably a starter motor that turns on unwillingly or maybe something that has to do with fuel injection going wrong or electrical issues? (I'm not an expert on this kind of things)
Fire could make starter motor going, not sure if randomly like in video, if car is automatic set on Drive and handbrake engaged, idle speed adjusting motor / TPS sensor bug maybe, not sure about that car model. Vodka still sounds one good explanation though, if there is pass out person in car, handbrake engaged and car is automatic set to Drive, drunk person moves a little and touches gas pedal or just having fun making a prank, however I kind would like to find potential alternative explanations to exhaust before settling to most obvious one
