Radio!

Hello! I was thinking about one thing... Why there is no Radio in Beamng?

It would be cool if you can put some music in Music folder (my idea) and play favorite songs in game!

Has been suggested before. For now solution:
Use the music player of your choice ( VLC, winamp ...) and let it play in the background

 

If the dash got wreck, music files are played in a wierd tone.

 

if so, could it have actual radio channels?

I prefer the radio going all static, then going off. It sounds less scarier and less comedic, but it's easier to program.

Tip: If you want the radio NOW, when you choose music from YouTube or your music player, don't play the game on Fullscreen, because it will lag. Use windowed mode instead.

 

I think too that this would be a neat little feature. I remember there was an FSX set of mods that had a clickable radio from the cockpit; was very cool

 

Ya, ETS2 has that to help comfort your boredom while driving your truck... (you put the music you want into the music folder in the game's files) That would be a great idea to have in beamng
