Rain/lighting question

    Hello, I was messing around with the world editor when I found rain and lighting... But I need help...
    First when I get the rain to work i'm in free camera but when I go back to my car the rain cannot be seen..


    Free camera... In car...

    Also lighting dose not work at all...

    I haven't used the lightning, but for the precipitation I think you need to either check or uncheck follow cam in the properties for the rain to work when the camera is in the car.
