Ram speed? Benefit?

Hi all


Can you try 1333 cl9 and 2400 cl9 cl10 cl11 or something of that kind with banana bench and in game comparision... Multi monitor setup are welcome


I heard in ror forum of some benefit so i want to see if it there.

Knowing that Arma 3 can have up to 20% gain in minimum fps and about 14% in average on altis dont know if after the work bohemia made since the post i seen it still doing that but i think most Cpu bound game do benefit from ram or something like that...


Bf4 was during the beta and after i dont know...


I may get 2400mhz ram Gskill trident x because my current ram from corsair is know to be unreliable on the long term. and im on 1333.. and anyways the 2400 is cheaper than my 1333.


It seem everyone say there is no benefit but no one show real proof they try gpu bound game and say it as no effect...


I know i want to go surround gaming so it may be stupids to get 2400mhz

 

I know these are german, but you only need the numbers. So compare and draw your conclusions.

Honestly you probably wont notice any difference.. I'm currently running 8GB 1333mhz CL7, I dropped it down to 1066mhz and didn't notice much change.

I wouldn't get 2400mhz if the CAS latency is too high though.

 

i was looking at cl9 cl10 but cl9 is 150$ for 2x4gb but the cl10 is 90$ so the cl10 is my plan.




The german review im lucky my girlfriend do speak german at worst
