random lag when spawning vehicles quick fix

    idk if this is the best place to post this

    for some people (including me) sometimes the game lags out when spawning cars on WCUSA.
    here is a quick fix!

    when it happens full reset the car you just spawned (ctrl+r)

    then the lag leaves!
