AMD FX- 8320 Black Edition @4.2GHz (3.5 stock) AMD 970 Pro3 Motherboard Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 390 16GB DDR3 1600MHz Seagate 1TB HDD7200rpm Windows 10 What do you think?
Pretty soild, will do great in all games at 1080p, will do decent in BeamNG. Pretty similar to mine once I get an R9 390 and then someday 16GB of RAM.
Well it has an AD FX, so hat will bottleneck you hard in BeamNG. Everything aside from that is pretty good, so most games will run at 60 FPS with everything practically maxed out at 1080p and probably up, and that probably for the next few years.
SSDs are not that much more expensive, if you go for a really top end one then yes its costly but if you go for a mid range one they are cheap
My 250GB ssd was like £60 when I got it. Theres no reason to use an SSD for storage since its just really damn expensive. My 7200rpm 2TB WD HDD does totally fine.
Yeah, I know. That's a pretty good setup, but I don't think it does give you quite that advantage you want it to give you. Sure, it gives you one, but not as big as you'd hope for that money...
What CPU should I get then? I'd prefer AMD over Intel --- Post updated --- What processor do you suggest? --- Post updated --- I usually only get 50-60% CPU usage
AMD doesn't have a single CPU worth buying right now, the FX-8350 is barely a match for a Skylake i3. Get an i5-6400 or better, go with a cheap H110 board unless you get a 6600K, then you'll need a Z170 board to overclock. Check out my computer building guide - first link in my signature - for more stuff on CPUs. That's overall CPU load, you're most likely getting 90-100% load on each thread running a vehicle in BeamNG.
