Re install to new hard disk

Hello.

I bought Beamng through steam and unpacked a lot of mods. In a month I will be getting a new SSD for my computer and will be transferring the game to the new hard disk. So I guess I would have to uninstall in the old hard disk and install in the new. Is there any way I can keep all my mods and records? Thank you for your time.
