Recognizing Police Vehicles

    I recently reinstalled the game to help resolve an unrelated issue I was experiencing. I only have a few mods activated at the time being, and I did multiple deep cache cleans. For some reason, AI traffic will only flee from the default configs of police vehicles available in the game. If I change anything about the default config (lightbar, wheel selection, skin config, interior equipment) the AI traffic no longer recognizes the vehicle as a police config and will no longer flee. Is this an issue anyone else experiences? Is there something that I'm missing? Is there a mod that could be conflicting and causing this?

    As far as I know the only condition police status depends on is the line:
    "Config Type":"Police"
    inside the info_[configurationname].json file.
    Part choice should not influence anything.
    Check if this line exists in the configurations that cause the problem.

    I've tested the issue by using Maxie's CVPI mod. I first spawned AI traffic while only using one of the default police configs that was provided with the mod. Traffic recognized the vehicle as a police configuration and fled from it multiple times. I then changed the lightbar that it was equipped with and continued driving around the map without any traffic vehicles fleeing afterwards.
