Reflections don't show up on other cars

I have this problem were reflections don't show up on other cars i don't know why this is happening.

 

So when i mean other cars i mean when you're in car 1 you can't see car 2's reflections, and i think every car has this happen

 

Dynamics reflection mode is to make the game look better i'm pretty sure and i think when the dynamics reflections don't show up on other cars that is a glitch

 

It's actually not. Dynamic reflections are expensive, and from a gameplay standpoint, only matter to the current player's car. To manage performance, only the currently occupied vehicle has properly dynamic reflections (as opposed to cubemapped ones).
