WIP Reliving the Glory Days of the Trans Am

Hi everyone. I have been a long time part of BeamNG and ROR, but I just finally decided to make an account. I have the latest game version, and, well, because of my name, you should already know I LOVE Trans Am's. They have been my favorite car for who knows how long, and i wish to own one someday. I was searching old mods on some Russian website, and I found a Trans Am. I am not very skilled in editing and making mods, so I need some help. I am new to this, so if this thread is in the wrong place, please let me know and I will relocate it ASAP. Thank you for your consideration and I hope someone can help me get this nonsupporting car mod back on the road.

IDEAS:

Multiple types for snowflake rims

Different styles of body kits

Color matching configurations (EX: If car is black, put gold decals. If car is white, put red or blue decals.)

Different engines + suspensions

Classic muscle car sounds.

Varieties of interior colors.

Working dials and gauges w/ working temperature readings and gas readings.

Custom badging for the new name "Bruckell Phoenix"

Most definitely using the Moonhawk body because the cars are almost identical, unless we can spare the old frame.

In DjPloppers Variety Pack, there is a configuration for the Moonhawk Z-Bird, which is basically a Moonhawk Trans Am. If you need it (which you probably dont because I think everyone would have it) The link is below.

I've worked on something like this prior to me porting various models.

 

Awesome. All I need is some ideas and I could make a list of what we should do to make this possible.

I was thinking we could put some different rims with it, preferably snowflake rims. And we should definitely put some different body styles, like the Hoonigan Trans Am, and different decals, like the Gas Monkey Trans Am. Ugh, getting off topic.

This goes in vehicles. Its fine if you put it in the wrong place though, just report it and put the reason as to be moved to vehicles

 

Recommendation: to avoid copyright, maybe you could call it the Gavril Phoenix! You could use currently in-game Gavril engines. It would also get rid of copyright issues.

 

Doesnt matter if its only uploaded to the forum. if it gets uploaded on the repo then yes.
