So, this applies mostly to dirt roads, muddy terrain, when you turn the wheel in BeamNG, the response of the tyres is instant, and the camera also moves instantly, in real life, when you're turning left to right on dirt, the tyres have a bit of delay before they actually grip on the dirt, and that delay gets bigger if the surface is less grippy, so therefore, your body is trown to the side almost a full second later after you turn the wheel. Adding this would add a lot of realism to the game. I can try to put a video here demonstrating what I mean if you guys want.
