Remaking Those cruddy Russian mods

Hay Everybody I would like some help on recreating this Lexus IS Crappy Russian mod

Things I need to do:
lights (glowmap)
J beam
New engine and sounds
Etc.

If somebody can help tell me
*this mod will be released after finished* surprisingly my pc didn't get a virus.....

I wouldn't even bother trying to "fix" Russian mods as usually they will require more time & effort than it's worth

Yeah that is true but I've seen a whole thread about fixing them.

A thread that resulted with nothing because it takes more effort to fix up a terribly made mod than to make a scratch one with reusing and editing the same 3D model they used
