I've noticed when changing the exhaust for one of the vehicles in the title, for example changing the regular V8 exhaust on the base D-Series to the side exhausts, the previous exhaust part will not unload, and the exhaust it has been changed to in the parts menu does not appear on the vehicle. This happens backwards too, for example changing the side exhausts to the regular exhausts on the D-Series Street Tuned. Removing the exhaust entirely creates the same effect. I've cleared the cache, verified file integrity, and deleted all files and done a fresh install and this problem is still there. No mods are installed, so I can only assume this is a bug with the game itself rather than anything else.

Side exit exhausts fitted, which ends up leaving the stock exhaust loaded and not replacing it with the side exhausts.

You'll have to change/remove the muffler, it's listed under the frame. This isn't a bug.
