There are some very bad errors in there.
Are you sure the game is working at all? (ie. able to load a level and drive around?)
Judging by the logs, it seems odd it does.

Where is your game installed? (Exact path please)
Have you checked if your antivirus, antimalware and so on are accidentally blocking the game in any way?

 

Do this:
Go in-game, repository > mods and click the 'Delete all mods' button (red button)
Once done, do a clean reinstall of the game: https://wiki.beamng.com/BeamNG_FAQ#How_do_I_perform_a_clean_reinstall.3F (exactly as written, do not skip any step)

Then reinstall the game, and subscribe to a mod, and see if it works.

 

Ok, we need to have a look at these logs (and it's week-end at the moment).
We will let you know.

Meanwhile, it's good thing to check that your antivirus, antimalware and so on are not blocking the game in any possible way.
Stuff like that caused similar problems to other issues in the past, so it could be the same thing.

What won't work at the moment is:

- Clicking on a mod (from the 'MODS' or 'REPOSITORY' tab to view it's details)
