   As the title says, I keep getting the same issue on 80% of the downloads it starts out normally and near 85% the download rate slows down till it timeouts

   Yes , Kaspersky Total Security, but I've tried to disable it and download something with no success

   Please check your antivirus software documentation and add BeamNG game and user folders into the list of exceptions.
