Just a quick question that means a lot to me, if I take a file from World of Mods for example, and put it on the official beamng mods website, will it appear in the in-game repository? If someone answered this it would mean a lot. Thank you!

So you are trying to figure out if you steal a mod and reupload it from another site if it'll appear on the repo? First of all it won't be allowed on the repo without permission from the author of the mod and its assets(very important) and secondly it depends on if you uploaded to the repo on the site and more importantly if it was approved. The forum mods have no tie in to the repo.

Well, assuming that I got the permission from the owner.

And what do you mean by "the repo on the site"? I can't find one.

You also need permission from whoever created the 3D model. It's a WOM mod so most likely the mod's "author" has no idea either and they just stole it from a random GTA 5 mod, and most likely the person who made that mod also stole the model from somewhere else. It could take weeks to find the original author and most likely it will turn out to be either a stolen paid model with no rights to distribute it, or a model ripped from some game with a big studio behind it, which will make contacting the real author a pain and even then you probably won't get the permission. So yeah good luck with that. If it fails, which it most likely will, you will have to make your own model from scratch, or find a free to use alternative which will definitely be of lower quality.
