Restarting scenario does not work.

    I have competitive scenario conditions disabled but when i start a scenario and then choose another car, the scenario doesn't restart. I can press ctrl+r or i then the cars will reset but the scenario don't restart, the ai cars will do nothing. I have cleared cache and started the game in safe mode but nothing helped so far!! I had no problems with 0.10 version. Is this a bug ?

    p.s sorry for my bad English.
