(Reupload due to no answers) Sirens are muffled. How do i fix it?

    I'm sorry for reuploading but I was planning to make something and this sort of complicates it. Yes, it would be easy to choose another siren but I like variety. Anyone know what is causing this, is it fixable, and if so, how?
