Hello, i have an idea of making cars able to be right handed, which migh be cool for anyone living in the UK, NZ or other such country. Is there a possibility of making such mod or feature into the game? If there is such mod or thread, I would like to get the link and I'm sorry if simmilar post exist

I guess it would be "kind of" easy mirroring the interior in blender, i have no idea how to use blender tho

I also think there should be left handed versions of cars that are already right handed, like the pigeon or miramar.
it is easy i tried it but i somehow can't fix it lol. its basicly flipping the whole interior (seats and stuff also) but i can't change the camera
Nah. The reason why some cars are left hand or right hand drive its because of them being more JDMs ore USDMs. Some kind of right hand SBR4 or a right hand 200SX with another engine would be nice. Say, if the game adds some kind of sports JDM based on something like the RX7 FD, the supra, or the skyline, or the NSX, it would be likely that they would use a right hand variant of it.
Flip dash, move props, fix textures if necessary, move interior camera node and swap camera anchor nodes. Can't go wrong. Don't forget to flip the wipers and readjust the mirror.
Here's a modest question, since I'm new to these forums. Do the Devs ever respond to posts Do the Devs read the posts And - would a German based Dev team really care enough to change their game to cater for what I could only assume would be "an infinitesimally small percentage of the worlds' driving public who play driving games?" <-- try saying THAT 5 times fast. I know there are 'mods' out there, but mods are made by players, those who possess varying degrees of the abilities which are required to attempt such things. Just asking (BTW, I live in Australia...the Southern Hemisphere one, not the one near Germany. I would Love to see this game include Right Hand Drive (RHD), as I too am disarmed by the current LHD system)
1. Yes the devs sometimes respond to posts. The devs are very interactive with the community. 2. I can't say what they read and what they don't read but as said above they do respond to some posts so they of course then read some of them. 3. I would like it if they actually made some official rhd versions of the cars.(well for those cars where it would make sense or in other words if the car was sold in an rhd market.) First, before talking, I'm french, so the most of the cars I have seen are w/ lhd... So, I don't know why the hell are you complaining about lhd because the world is made to learn, to discover, and that's why, when I first tried the miramar, I didn't complain and give up, I just tried to get used to drive on the left side of the road, to stay in interior camera, and for me it was funny to make crashs because... WHAT THE HELL IS THIS F****** RHD ! Yup for me it was funny to drive on the low side of the road and crash until you learn "how to drive". But that's only my advice, I recognize nobody thinks exactly like me, so, please, keep it in mind before answering me. Oh, and please, don't answer me "BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE F****** CAR W/ RHD YOU A******" because honestly, the miramar (especially the rally) is one of my favorite cars.
I don't find driving on the other side that hard . Even in real life, i've driven them and you do get your indicators mixed up quite often but it's not that bad. Most of the cars are USDM U.S. anyway, why would they switch the side. The only things they should make RHD is the 200BX and possibly the SBR4 and Sunburst. Maaybe the pessima. Anything else is a nonsense choice to convert to the other side. Look at this piece of crap sitting here
You know funnily enough with the point you brought up about learning to drive on the right side actually made me want RHD cars more not for all, just for some sensible ones
Approximately 30-40%of world traffic is right hand drive vehicles. Though this includes things like developing nations too. And India alone hugely inflates the figure along with most African nations.
