Hi guys, i'm interested by converting my Nissan Patrol GQ Xtreme from Rigs Of Rods.

But i want to know if it's possible to make a good conversion or if it's totally doomed to fail.

Maybe it's better to restart totally the chassi for BNG ?

Thanks in advance for your help :)

Mesh can be reused in .dae format.

A new JBeam will be required to be made though

There was an actual converter that someone made around here somewhere... I can't seem to figure out where it went though... until then, this is the best help that I think your gonna find.

Masa's editor could convert it. but you will still need to work on it.
I downloaded your car and converted it already for you. the problem is, with the converter, it only converts the nodes and beams.
so you will have to redo the rest. but at least you wont have to make it from scratch.

It looks pretty good to me... perhaps a bit big... but that can happen going from engine to engine... it may have to be scaled some... not sure id there is another fun little tool for that out there as well.

Do you mean the instability detected?
check the jbeam, its probably something with weight, beamspring, beamdamp, beamdeform, beamstrenght.
or some other stuff, i cant really tell you exactly.
did you just spawn it or did you move before it did that?

Got any differentials? Clutch torque? Wheels actually set to be powered?
