ive noticed when validating a police car if you put it in storage during the FOUR HOURS the game crashes. also four hours seems like a lot

 

Anyone know how to enable the police in game or what kind of mod would make it not work?

 

You have to make sure you disabled 'start freeroam with traffic' and you didn't download the version with nopolice in the filename

 

Does anyone know why I can't hook up my private car trailer to a loner truck? It just doesn't click in place.


P.S It's not working with a private truck, tested.

 

If it doesn't work with just the trailer mod activated and nothing else, either the trailer is broken or you can't attach it to a fifthwheel.

 

Which varient of the trailer do you have? There is a variant with the new hitch system and one with the legacy system. You can change the hitch type in the part selector.

be careful when buying the sealbrick 1058 street garage because the suspects AND ESPECIALLY the cops love doing this:


and no, your car/truck/whatever is NOT safe behind that tree because they will find a way crashing into your vehicle ESPECIALLY the police ai because brakes are for losers and only slow you down

so yeah... HIDE YOUR CARS!!

 

How can I know what variant I need for my trucks?

 

anyone have trouble starting up the mod when using Vulkan? tried updating drivers, disabling all other mods, verifying game files, everything, still gets stuck on a full loading bar.

 

just try waiting a lot. the game should eventually load. you could also try disabling the career mod, going into normal career mode to generate cache, then enable the rls mod and see if you can load in

based on what vantello said, there should be a new hitch that you can put on the trailer
there would be practically no reason for the legacy hitch unless it's for old truck mods

 

my cars won't show in the garage after 2.2.2
anyone else have this issue? any fix for it?

Seems the D/H-series long flatbed 4+4 XL cargo boxes are broken? Tried the "fixed" version of the front 4 boxes but still breaks when trying to accept a cargo mission.

 

I think I figured the garage thing out:

1. Buy a vehicle.
2. Go to the garage you want (Important).
3. Go towards the computer blip (The toolbox), you'll hear the computer chirp noise thing and no UI will pop up.
4. Now go towards a road, open the recovery menu and select "Retrieve favorite vehicle".
5. It'll retrieve your vehicle and reopen the recovery menu (There should be more then 2 boxes to choose) and select "Tow To Garage".
6. Another menu with garages you visited, should show up.
7. Buy the garage you want.

Sometimes the recovery menu will revert back to only 2 options/boxes, you gotta repeat Step 4 and it'll come back.

 

same problem here. Cant buy it. I can just Teleport there and thats all i can do. there is no way i can buy it in recovery menu

 

For me, I was just able to drive to the garage normally and use the recovery menu
No matter how easy or complicated it is, I still think that you should be able to go up to the garage computer and have an option to buy it I stead of using the computer
