Could someone make this? I personally would love to do it, but I have no idea how to and I would probably give up after a couple of hours. I would love to drive one!

It would be nice, but it doesn't seem like they are on they way to do this. They are focused on more serious things (probably) than some teenagers' idea for a car.
Well it is kinda a serious idea here I mean you are making a car that can roll over. Good use of the physics engine. They're ricing cars now anyway aswell, so why not throw this in there too?
How do I contact them to propose this car for next update? I think they would do it properly and quite quickly.
you dont. This section doesnt exist for idle banter of "oh i think this is a good idea", the devs read it, this threads existence is already a proposition that the devs add it.
Oh, nice. As I mentioned earlier I rarely use the forum, I just download mods here (I have around 7 GB of them ), so I'm not familiar with the ways it works.

It has been done once for a game called World Racing 2, sadly it hasn't ever been released to public and the modder, who's the only one who got it, isn't active anymore in that game's scene, otherwise a conversion would have been possible
