I used the Skidplate config for the Covet, and I noticed that when I reversed the wheels would bend outwards for no reason, and when I looked at the steering it was flopping around all limp. The steering looks like it's just a rope attached to both front wheels? Is that normal or just a bug?

Um... no... it's literally a rope, I'm pretty sure that real cars don't do that -_-

That's the Skidplate config. It's normal.

It does this for every steering configuration in the parts menu as well, but if it's actually supposed to be like that then answer me this:

    Why?

    Let me rephrase that...

In what universe... by God in what universe... would a rope be attached to both steering wheels? Think about this, like really think about this, because it should not be there, at all. Unless you can find me a legitimate reason for why a rope would be attached to the steering wheels, I want nothing more to do with you. You keep saying it's "normal," but you haven't given me a reason as to why that is.

Because ibishu is too cheap to have actual suspension, they use a rope instead.

If this suspension setup is normal to you, then you must have trouble driving on a day-to-day basis :/

In real life if you were to drive a car backwards the front wheels would become sloppy because of the high caster angle that is used to give the car stability at high speed going forwards. Although it seems that the effects of this have been exagerated. Look it up, cars are not meant to be driven faster than 40 kmh backwards.
