Great work man ! i completly see what you mean with the frustrating part and the days off we just want to give up.

I don't want to feed and spam with my own mod but i like testing cars in head on collision with my Olds. So here i show you why i rated your mod too strong.
You can see the damages it inflicted to my car :

And the cabin of your car is not even concerned by the crash.

Here the same crash with a Miramar :

So there is a little room for improvment on that side, but it's already a great car, congrats !

Unfortunately I can't play beam now (due to a computer situation) but I really look forward to driving this someday.

As you mentioned it reminds me of the old English Morrises and Austins from the 1950's, which is a type of vehicle Beam really lacked up until this point.

Hopefully you could stick a Miramar race engine in it someday for crazy high speed fun.

Man... the stock sound really ruins the look of this car
But at least its a brand new vehicle.
(Or should I say old? )

Thanks for your rating! @synsol offered to help me improving the body deformation. I'm really looking forward to see the results.

    Very nice! :)

Aren't 5-lugs, 15" wheels a tad too big for this vehicle though?

Thanks! The real Datsun has 6-lug 4x15" wheels and 5.00-15 tires so they are correct, however the wider tires ingame are much larger in diameter than the stock ones. I can add 4-lug hubs for the next update.

I'm planning to add Nissan L16 engine in some point. It seems to be common swap IRL. Maybe stock 92hp and some crazy intercooled turbo option.

have to say its a great lil thing, but should be weaker for a 50s car at 100 kph at a crash

After running over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb, here is what I've found:
-As SergentFido said it is a tad bit too strong
-The front steering seems to break a tad unusually and veer to the left when hitting a good sized bump at 20-30mph
-The engine breaks a little to easily
-The radiator may be too strong (it may just be the strength of the body)

Perhaps a turbo from the Covet would work.

Well, if you take the front of the mini, change it a little bit than put a 40's american car trunk with 4 doors. You got this car! Good work, nice car.

Well, its remarkable strength reminds of the TTAZ Kerras, a Soviet rear-engined B-segment car created by Atomix. Gotta crash them head-on and see who wins. The Kerras can easily crush anything less safe than 800series, so it is pretty interesting if it can handle this badass machine.

Great car, but could you make race configurations, or atleast faster versions?

This is a really stupid question, but is this considered a sedan? I mean the rear is blunt and there is not a lot of trunk space.
