Save relative camera position?

The relative camera resets everytime I reset the car, is there a way to save its position?

 

I read something in a different post a while ago and I thought the devs fixed it or were going to.
Anyway, just switch view before you reset and then it won't change.

 

I actually found a workaround, when taking pics for the configurations I spawn a separate car and set a relative camera on it. then I can use it to take photos and they'll all be lined up
