    Hello

I've been really keen to create my own level and made the basic terrain but i cant open it again.

I saved it as the .mis file and eventually tracked it down in the documents folder but when i try open it, i get an in game error message saying it cant be loaded?

What am i doing wrong when i save it? Do i need to save additional files?

I am new to this scene any guidance will be appreciated thanks!!

Where on you drive does the error indicate it is looking?
Possible solutions are, you need to create from a "new level" for it to save, otherwise it will save over the level you use to load up.
You need an advanced notepad to edit (notepad++) where the game searches for your saved level in documents.
You have to have the files in the correct documents\mods\levels folder.

Okay i was edditing the GridMap and saved my own version. I found it in documents/BeamNg.drive/users/me/Desktop. (Desktop is where i tried to save them from the editor.) This is where i open them from in the editor and it throws the error.

Another thing to note is wherever i save the .mis files they never appear.
