Scenarios don't restart properly.

Basically, whenever I restart a scenario, the car resets but it can't move as if the menu UI us up but it isn't visible. This is what comes up in the console.


Running in safe mode or with all mods disabled does fix it, does anyone know which mod is causing the bug? Or if there is another way to fix it?

 

I'm having the same issue here, when I press R to start the scenario the menu doesn't reappear. The car resets, but you can't actually drive it. It was working fine last time I was playing the game and I haven't installed any mods since. In fact I've just deactivated all mods and it's made no difference.

I'm playing in safe mode now which has solved the problem, however if I try to replay a scenario after completing it (rather than restarting part way through) it's as if the brakes are jammed on.
